What’s new?
PLAYBOOKS:
Last week’s Field Note brought you the Fast Cash-Flow Playbook. There’s three playbooks in there now. One for Long-Term Strategy sales, Short term (Cash flow) and a Base Camp approach for not overspending on trying to win bigger clients.
AGENCY GUIDES:
Two updates here:
I just launched a guide to 16 Business Frameworks (That Actually Make Sense For Agencies Like Yours). One consideration if your business feels like it’s grinding along is that you might be running it on the wrong framework. There’s loads of options, and I’ve outlined which ones I consider best for Creative Operator agencies.
The bonus of knowing these frameworks is you’re more than likely going to encounter your client’s businesses - and you’ll be able to detect and approach working with them in a more aligned manner.
There’s also the holding page for a new serialised Business Development Guide. Which will be a weekly updated guide as each chapter is completed. This is a distilling of all the business development work I’ve been doing to transform agencies I work with. But set out for ease of use into handy chapters within 4-focused areas.
